Respecting and caring the old and young is the traditional characteristic formed through the past 5000 years, which is a part of the Chinese conventional culture. Being from everywhere around the world, the students in SHSID are growing up under the multiple cultural background. Helping them to know the Chinese tradition will cultivate their morality since they are young.

We organized the students to the visit the Home for the Aged recently. The students provided the daily stuff and food to the old by their own pin money and the money raised from the charity fair. By Kyle Mahone
